Huskers Rhule

Yeah, that number is concerning but you look at the number of people who have used Ozempic with no retinal issues. His side effects are intestinal. Uncomfortable but OTC stuff helps you deal with it. We know there are side effects but there are with any med that's prescribed. You have to do your due diligence, read the brochures that come with your med and be alert for any symptoms that line up with the side effects. Knock on wood, so far so good.
Yes but its fairly new so who knows how many more it will affect. It would scare the crap out of me if I was taking it. Was he told that may be a side affect? I am being told that is the reason for the lawsuit is that the makers hid that from the users. I dont take it so I dont know.

Every drug has side effects. Sometimes they don't show up for years. All you can do is what you are doing, research possible effects and what symptoms to watch for.

On the positive side. I think about 20 million people are using Ozempic. 2,000 out of that number is a very small percentage. Unless you are one of them.

Yeah, we are aware of all the side effects. There is an insert in each box that spells out all the ingredients (all scientific garbady gook and then lists the side effects (intestinal, retinal, blockages, so forth). Sometimes you don't have much choice as the non GLP-1's weren't really working anymore. I'm hoping he won't have to be on it forever. Losing weight and becoming more mobile may knock him back into the pre diabetic label where you just need to really watch carbs, etc. It's all a crap shoot as far as I'm concerned. Not to mention, he's got enough other issues that can lessen symptoms with lower blood sugars. If his numbers worsened, that increases problems in other areas. Lesser of many evils as far as we are concerned. Anyway, I'm keeping a pretty close eye on things as is hub.

The interesting thing about Rhule's radio appearance is that Damon Benning and his co-host were talking about the Crawford fight and Damon said, "You know what? Let's give Coach Rhule a call and see what he has to say about the fight."

Then when the show's producer calls Coach's cellphone, DB starts saying things like, 'he rarely returns my calls' or 'he's probably tied up.' Then the pair react with "What? We have Coach on the line?" Rhule was walking the practice field when he got the call and agreed to chat with Damon on-air.

FWIW, the live segment of the show had a headline announcing that Sam from the OWH was going to be on -- which is why I tuned in. So I honestly believe this was truly a spur-of-the-moment deal and not something pre-planned. As I was watching, I thought to myself, it won't be long before Hurrdat Sports hypes the hell out of this segment given this is Michigan week. :)

Great publicity for Huskers with Crawford wearing mouthpiece with Husker “N”
Also Coach Rhule really “representing” Nebraska with sport jacket, with T - shirt of course those power gold chains in Vegas for fight in Vegas. He looks like a high roller who just placed his quarter million bet and now heading to ring-side. He flew back to Nebraska at 4:00 AM on Sunday morning. Rhule should include Bud when they fly out to visit those five stars.IMG_0212.jpeg IMG_0213.jpeg

I have to agree. He has had a setback. But setbacks happen. We'll see how they rebound next week and especially the week after against USC.
Setbacks do happen. However it's how this setback happened. I hope they have flushed this last game out of their system and retire the all white unis forever.
