Wanted to go ahead and start a thread for the man who is likely going to be our next head coach with the intent to post videos, articles, etc for us to get to know more about him.

While your interest in "getting ahead of the curve" is no-doubt well-intentioned, ATX, your headline freaked me out. My first thought upon seeing it was that there'd been an official announcement.
Since the rumor mill was telling me yesterday that it was gonna be 'Primetime,' pardon me if i prefer to wait for the real deal, whomever it turns out to be.

I will say that one of the advantages of hashing through candidates ahead of time is that you can examine them somewhat objectively. In the case of Mike Riley, the first time we even heard his name mentioned for our HC position was when the University made its official announcement. Trust me, if his name had been tossed around by the fanbase ahead of time, Riley would have been thoroughly trashed and might have led to some second thoughts inside North Stadium.
For the record, it's hard not to watch some of ATX's videos with a critical eye and not come away impressed by Matt Ruhle.

Whomever Trev selects as the new HC, the initial focus needs to be:
1. OL
2. DL
3. Run the ball
4. Stop the run
5. Solid to great on special teams
If these ^^ ain't the starting points, we're gonna continue to fail.

My fantasy team will go from Mr Whipple's Rising Force in 2022 to Obey the Rhule's Rising Force (or similar) in 2023. Unless we get an assistant with a cooler name - then I will probably jump on that. Decoldest NIL Deal Rising Force.....as an example

Get a life,.....go outside.......cook something nice for your significant other,......go take your dog for a walk, ......fix that thing in the kitchen or bathroom your significant other has been after you for months to fix.........read a book......go help your kids do something like homework or a school project.....anything but sit around on your behind drooling over every crack pot story that comes out of a unicorns buttocks for Cripes sake......
SHEESH.....WE WILL KNOW WHO IT IS WHEN THE UNIVERSITY ANNOUNCES IT AND NOT BEFORE.
We have been thru this so many times in the post Osborne era that you would think we would have learned by now......
