It’s a tough task, one I believe that he could manage to handle with more experience. Without the noted experience, we could see almost the same results we have the past 10 years, or not. We could see the same results with Rhule too, don’t get me wrong.

He had 9 interviews. Trev saw something that made him go in a different direction.

Love the letter Doc, top notch applause for what Mickey did in the three months as head coach. He has been a ground breaking interim head coach and a dynamic leader for the young men who wear Scarlett and Cream. Unfortunately, things don’t always go the way for some as they should. Everyone here...

We will never know if they don’t play. Same with Torres, Masker, Pauley, etc.

I clearly understand that Mickey didn’t hire any of the coaches and has been handed a turd and was told to polish it. Mickey has done a great job with the circumstances he has been handed. Yes, Rhule or Meyer are going to hire a staff, it’s the nature of the job. Guess the biggest question that...

He was winning 9-10 games a year. I’m not saying he was mature and always won the big games because clearly he was fired for both reasons. What I am saying is that he had a better grasp on who should and shouldn’t play. Riley won in his first two years because of Bo’s players and lost the last...

I’ll go back on my original list and throw a huge dart out there and say: Hugh Freeze

In: 1. Leipold 2. Matt Entz 3. Dan Lanning 4. Kleiman 5. Dave Doeren Out: 1. Matt Rhule 2. MJ 3. Bill O’Brien 4. Gary Patterson

We need to hire a defensive minded head coach, in my opinion. They tend to bring good OCs and tend to have better success with their overall game plan. Everyone had a problem with Bo, but looking back he wasn’t all that bad. For me, Monken makes sense as does Aranda, but the later is probably...

What if it wasn’t Urban, but Matt Rhule or Lance Leipold. Would they move the needle? We need someone like Mel Tucker. Someone super passionate about the game of Football and develops his players. What about Ken Dorsey of the Buffalo Bills or Bienemy? Charles Huff of Marshall? Jim Leohnard? Dave...

With or without Frost, this probably still would have happened. Our DLine last year had toughness, and that coach left. Say what you will about Tuioti, but one thing he did with those kids was coach them hard and those kids were tough. Dawson on the other hand hasn’t done much than collect a...

I actually found that to be humorous

I wanted Aaranda to get a shot before Frost. He was in an elite league where Scott was not.

Big question for me is, who do you want to take over this program if he gets fired? I think at the end of the day we would still be facing these same problems whether it’s Scott or someone else. Look at Fitzgerald, he was at the bottom of the league for a very long time and only was it recently...

Minter gets it. That team will great for years with a guy like that in charge.
