RIP Crazyhole

I hate hearing about people that I know personally or on a board such as Big Husker Fan leaving this earth way too early, I too am in the fight of my life (2nd go around) and while in the long run I will WIN it does screw with me realizing that mortality is an elusive part of life.

Remember Father Time is undefeated!

We all think we will live forever but the reality is we are fragile humans, there are too many roadblocks, issues with health that come up to chip away at our longevity.

RIP Crazyhole
Memento Mori

Someone outside of our board alerted me to his passing. I couldn't believe it at first, but sadly, it's true. I thought all of you should be made aware of it too.

Rest in Peace.

I can't believe I missed this message. Very sad news. I always enjoyed his humorous posts and his opinions as well.

Day before yesterday my sister called to tell me that my brother in law had suddenly passed. It is sad of course for all of us when a friend and loved one departs, but it is our destiny. So therefore don't waste time, it is finite on this earth for all of us. At 73 years it is becoming clearer to me each year that even though I'm in pretty good health and stay active, none of the parts have a warranty and one day one of them will fail. It reminds me to be kinder to others and to tell the ones I love that I love them. Oh, and to laugh and enjoy life every day as much as you can.

Pardon me if I'm not into 'waxing poetic' about Crazy yet.

The "good" aren't so clinically depressed that they allow an untreated ulcer to eat through their stomach lining to the point where they internally bleed to death.
At home. Alone.

I apologize for being a 'Debbie Downer' this morning but his passing at age 44 was so completely unnecessary. All he had to do was reach out and seek help. If there's anything at all good about this, perhaps somebody who is seriously depressed can read about Crazyhole and decide its time to get help.

RIP Crazy.

Thanks DrF. I had no idea what his official cause was. Unnecessary deaths suck. It is a shame that Crazyhole chose to not reach out for help. I know several of us reached out to him in a thread several years ago. He had quit talking about his ex-wife (seemed to be the cause of much of his issues) so I hoped everything had been resolved more or less amicably.

Regardless, Crazyhole could bring me to tears from some of his postings (specifically the goat humor had me rolling). I loved that sense of humor he displayed and miss it greatly so I guess I am waxing poetic about him.
