I'm calling everyone and anyone I can reach who is not out recruiting and still have NO CONFIRMATION on anyone but I'm still waiting on some calls to be returned also so this doesn't mean much that (because of the RULES) we can relate YET !
One could be in serious NCAA trouble if he was to confirm or deny that we have or are about to ink a Guy from the portal.
If you all understand. However as soon as it's legal you all will most likely hear before we do anyway because we have alot of things going on here at home that will keep us busy till Dark anyway.
The Sun actually shined for about an hour before the next wave of snow rolled in and it's snowing again now.
I will say this much....man it's nice to be able to use my hands again. Only trouble is I don't have a ton of sense of feel in them yet and when my hands actually feel cold....they are really freaking cold so I'm stuck wearing a real nice pair of Elk Skin mittens that Kate had made for me that has the little pouches in them for the hand warmer packets. I forgot how tough it was to even work a zipper on my jacket with mittens on lol.
Anyhow it makes sense that we will be hearing news start to bust loose between Today and Signing Day. I hear the big Coach introduction presser is "penciled" in for NLI day on the 15th but it might be as early as this coming Monday ... No one seems to certain on when the new coaches will be available to be introduced and to answer questions. I know for a Fact there are 2 Sports writers that Cover Husker Sports that are going to ask about running the ball, depending on which one gets called on first. It seems there is alot of angst among the Husker Fan base already about Frost going the direction he has chosen to go.
The prevailing numbers show more people are concerned over the choices made and EXACTLY what direction this is going to go.
There is growing concern & rumblings from the players who will be the greatest affected by this change (Running Backs) so we could see guys bailing for the portal by the bunches and at some spots on offense that's not a good thing right now to have happen.
We even heard the entire Running Back group is thinking of transferring except one walk on who hasn't played one snap and if that happens.... (I can't imagine it really coming true but hey one never knows)....Nebraska will be in serious trouble going into this next season.
So with all the CRAP flying around on the internet and places....were just gonna chill and see how it shakes out.... after all I can't do doodley squat about it so might as well just forget about all this lunacy and go push snow and feed our Animals before it gets too dark and up here the sun sets behind the Mountains Perdy early.
