Nope. Not once. Any leader who advocates and instructs people to do that is a piece of shyt and the people who participate aren't much better.

For the most reasonable Husker message board on the web, it's a little bit disturbing to see some members calling for violence against Frost. That's pretty weak sauce IMO.

Not a good baseline and a pretty bad trend.
I will say, I was at the Ohio St game in 2017 and again this year. The difference in physicality is night and day. I think that OSU team was better than the current one but we could barely snap the ball and were pummeled on every play. This year we could legitimately keep up with them although their lineman are still monsters while ours are just average looking.
A little off subject.
What is or was the purpose of firing coaches with two weeks left? Or, players making announcements before the last game? It was all just distraction and there was no team purpose in it.
Or again, making decisions on contracts with two games left. Trev should have followed his own advice and let the season play out. Make decisions based on the entire body of work.
If that were the case, holding on to Frost becomes less convincing. Nothing was proven after the Ohio St game other than, yes, we can play with these teams, and yes, we consistently spook ourselves. Maybe some time away from the neurotic tendencies will be a cure but I am sure I am not the only one who said after the blocked punt that we would lose. Falling apart on the later stages is now in our DNA.
Here is what needs to happen. In 93 NU lost to Florida St in part because of special teams. But there was a strong resolve (refuse to lose) to not let that happen any more.
This team needs a motto. And I don't mean just words but a team resolve to not ever let this happen. Wake up with it, breathe with it, go to bed and dream with it. An entire team seriously doing all they can do in the off-season to begin to dominate their opponents.

Ah, it's nice to see you resurrect yourself to ignore obvious snark and sarcasm. I don't think anyone was seriously advocating violence -- just kind of grasping at straws to get through that man's hard head.
Now if he was in basic training with me and wouldn't shower; after about 4 weeks, I'd be down with a blanket party as you get pretty damn ripe wearing the same clothes and not showering for 4 weeks. Other than that, meh!

First of all, I don't bash AM2. I have been very clear that I blame his performance on coaching or the lack thereof.
Second of all, if they start banning for bagging on Frost, a whole hell of a lot of people are no longer going to be posting. You, just prefer to bag on me, now that Ohio isn't posting.
Thirdly, generally the Mods leave it to posters to police, unless things get out of hand.
