Coronavirus Mutations and Variants: What Does It Mean?.
We know the coronavirus currently has 12,700 identified mutations, 12 main types of the virus (identified as 19 A, the original type, through 20 J), five strains and almost 4000 variants

As an example, the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus which causes the clinical entity we know as COVID-19 mutates approximately every 11-15 days.

It doesnt matter which town it came from, but what body its in as it mutates, and variants are created.

The most deadly variants will likely come from people that are vaccinated. Viruses want to kill, and when it figures out that it can't kill a vaccinated person it will mutate so it can more effectively do the job.

Interesting indeed

terms of the NIH grant and based in part on a recent interview discussing the EHA and WIV joint effort to capture 10,000 bats, draw and test their blood, and create a catalogue of all of the viruses, including 50 new coronaviruses. 11 You stated that Remdesivir was tested against the viruses EHA and the WIV discovered through NIH funded research, and that Remdesivir testing “would not have been able to happen and we wouldn’t have known how good this drug Remdesivir is” without EHA’s work.

florida covid numbers - Google Search

There hasnt been a change, a slight increase, but that was seen before spring break

"On Monday, Miami-Dade County relaxed restrictions that were put in place a year ago due to the COVID-19 pandemic, dropping the midnight curfew and allowing businesses and restaurants to operate at 100% capacity."

and so you understand, bars and clubs don't get busy in South Florida till after 11 pm.

Anyone who has learned, variants spring from PLACES, just as covid did.
Its how its changed within the body when it mutates, not in Florida, or Brittain or So Africa or Brazil.
New York has its own variant.

So, to follow the science, only the inept speculate
This new variant of Covid-19, or Corona virus as it's also known, what is it going to be called? The Florida Virus or the DeSantis Virus?

Don't know why I keep biting in this thread but this just isn't true either. Viruses don't want to kill. They want to live and spread too. Can't do that if they kill the host. That's why eventually they mutate weaker, like to a cold. The 1918 pandemic virus is now a strain of influenza I believe

People need to embrace science and common sense. It is all about building up immunities. Hiding in a sterile environment is the worse thing you can do.

In the early Americas, millions of natives died because they had no immunity to the common cold. As time went on, those who lived built up immunities and survived. It is the same with any virus. The plague, smallpox, the measles, strains of the flu, on and on. It is always the same.

Vaccinations help you build immunities, but there is no guarantee. You can not live in fear of some possible variant. There will be variants and they will kill some. They will kill more if people continue to live in sterile environments. Those people are destroying their abilities to protect themselves by building up immunities.

I know. I just figured I'd go full in on the panic porn that goes against science, but people want to hear. Just make stuff up that sounds scary and people will run with it.

Lets do some math.
I posted a link earlier which shows almost 4000 variants of covid exist.
How many days since the virus has been here in numbers?
Around 400.

So, that works out to 10 variants a day, does anyone really think theyve studied all 4000 variants? Or, that theyve only verified them?

Now,lets do some common sense.
If theres been 4000 variants, which there has, and that works out to ten a day, which it does, is it possible some variant changes covid so much that leaves the vaccines useless against the virus?
Certainly
Is it also almost as possible the vaccine jumps again and becomes harmless to people?
Less so, but yes.

So heres a solution.
For those who never want a vaccine, just wait it out and hope it jumps to strictly animals once again

For those waiting for a variant to scuttle the effectiveness of the vaccines, just wait it out at home til it does

And finally, for the rest, get your shots and come fall, lets put our butts in the stadium and cheer the Big Red on

I guess I look at like this... If my 84 year old next door neighbor who has cancer can survive it, along with his wife then I'll just take my chances with the virus. Then my body will build up it's own immunity. I won't need or feel compelled to get the jab. Then the one after that and the one after that and so on.

I know of 18 people in my circle of friends and family who have tested positive for covid-19. 5 got sick the rest didn't know they had it. All were back to work in 10 days. Even the 2 nurse's. They were told to come back in just 5 days.

Next door neighbors dad died from it. 77. Classmate's mom died, 69. Have a couple cousins in their 30s who have long hauler symptoms. It all depends on how it attacks each individual. Seems like if it gets to your lungs it's usually bad news...

Obesity and or age were the main killers, and problems.
The lungs having to move more mass in such a weakened condition, just like any other body part, you keep straining that part it becomes a chronic situation.
Lets get this crap behind us, and keep getting vaxxed, or those who prefer a more head on approach, good luck to them.

We need varieties of natural infections, as it could help us down the road, and not necessarily covid.
