Uenth's Hangout - the Official Huskers vs Business Majors Gameday Thread

[innmc]

Agree. We've all seen that before.

Every time you ask for something it happens. You are on a roll! Stay positive you are the Huskers lucky charm tonight. Must be because the thread was named after you. All I know is the last post was about you wanting the score to be exactly what it is. So whatever you do do not predict a meltdown

[Uenth]

WHO HOO!

[Husker99]

I'm flicking GIDDY right now!!!

Absolutely no meltdowns. They are playing great tonight!

[Uenth]

I'm flicking GIDDY right now!!!

You and me both

[GIJoeRed]

How are we supposed to lose a close game when we keep scoring touchdowns? Something seems off with the team.

Yeah, your lightning call.

[Husker99]

It feels so F*ING GOOD to finally be the one beating an opponent senseless.

[GIJoeRed]

Option, option and more option. Brings tears to my eyes

[justino52]

We are wicked smart when stopping the run and are getting better. We need a pass rush that doesn't involve multiple blitzing. I wish we had punted on 4th and 5, to show some confidence and get that out of the way. I suspect it may be in punter's heads yet.
Northwestern may be the worst team in B1G. We SHOULD be beating easy. This blowout is everything we could hope for.
Let's score early in the third and start subbing. Not just for experience, but to let the WHOLE team feel the win.

And they did score!!!

Love the option, for sure

[Crazyhole]

Should be 6-0 and ranked in the top 5. I'm glad that we've finally figured things out, but damn.

Got a real nail biter going on in Lincoln. I can't watch

You know what really makes me happy about this game?
We get to see back ups and walkons.

[Obert1]

this team is elite if they control their own mistakes

[Uenth]

Pretty sure I hear the fat lady warming up already

[NebSailor]

I hope this is the game that turns the corner.

[Husker99]

I almost cannot believe what I am seeing tonight.

I don't know if it is the shake-up along the OL...
I don't know if this is the "turnaround" game...
I don't know if it is just the opponent...

But what I do know is that it feels SO GOT DANG FREAKING GOOD to be beating the stuffing out of our opponent.

[Uenth]

I hope this is the game that turns the corner.

I'm cautiously optimistic

[Jimbosc]

I thought we would win this game - but we have way exceeded my expectations for once.
