Ok so I am doing this as a favor to a good friend.
Kate and I got our (what looks to be a yearly trip from now on) spring practice invite before the media starts mucking things up....and we had a quick meet n greet with Coach Tuioti (jeez he is a great find I think) then out to observe with our usual cast of cohorts.
And I can sum up what we saw with our own eyes and heard woth our own ears in these few simple words.....
First, the Unity Council is VERY CLOSE to making its return....most likely next year if not this fall.
Second, the Big Ten had better have it's ducks in a row and man up cause they are gonna finally get a taste of the REAL NEBRASKA CORNHUSKERS.....WOW.....the weights have been banging in Lincoln people....serious gains across the board no kidding.
And last.....Wandale is the real deal......and a very nice kid to boot.
Were disappointed in the whole situation where Maurice is concerned but lessons learned the hard way are seldom forgotten either. How it will play out.....who knows but he is a Husker and those colors run deep.....way deeper than those outside the locker room realize. He will not be pushed aside that much I can promise you.
Just so you all know....promise kept.....brothers go to the bone.....the cross bones.
