I’ve been completely absorbed with other issues lately, so I’m not going to even guess much about this situation. I’ll only say that replacing Trev will be a big, but not insurmountable task. The much bigger ask is fixing the reasons why he left, whatever those might be. Imo that will be much harder and much, much more important.
We simply can’t lose Matt in the near future imo. If he leaves before turning this around, that issue would border on making an insurmountable mess imo.

He does that as well but as we all know if it was any of us, we know we are tied to a place for another 3 or 4 years before the buyout might become more manageable. Just makes it easier on him knowing he can't go anywhere for awhile. Which is good for him and us.Okay, SUH. That would imply Coach Rhule is being disingenuous and telling us what we want to hear. It’s easy to think that after Trev’s departure. But that’s not the Matt Rhule I’ve watched and listened to these past 16 months now. He strikes me as genuine and as transparent as it gets.

No intent to sidetrack this thread but that old Chicago song "Does anybody really know what time it is?" reminds me of the late great Toby Keith's "Don't let the Old Man In" where he sings "Ask yourself how old would you be if you didn't know the day you were born." Yeah, that's one of her greatest ones. We saw it in on a documentary. On a train after performing and then partying. I was literally ROTFLMAO when I heard her.
