He wont go to prison for this. Its a juvenile acting in a juvenile way. No judge will give him more than probation for this.

He only gets probation if the Felony charge of child porn is dropped. Otherwise he's going to prison if none of the charges are dropped. And if they do drop that child porn charge but find him guilty of the misdeameanor and he receives probation, he better be suspended a few games or Frost is sending a clear signal that this type of behavior is acceptable. If he's exonerated then yes he should absolutely play and not be suspended.

Looking at this mess, a couple things come to mind. First, IF Frost and Moos know "a heckuva lot more than they are telling us", and now have to "play dumb", then I have to ask why the h$ll did they think it was a good risk to take on Mo? I mean, if they knew the nature of the incident Mo was involved in, why do you take that risk when you are rebuilding a culture, and publicly stressing how much character matters in your players? Did Frost not understand the scope of what Mo had done? I just don't think having Mo on the team is worth risking the sh!tstorm that could come our way because of this. I know I don't have the facts, so I'm just contemplating possibilities until we do find out what happened. I would hope Frost didn't know much about what happened, because if he did, and planned on concealing it if charges were filed, he took a big risk that, on the surface, doesn't seem worth it and could cause him a lot of trouble.....

I just realized, if you had, I would have to explain the context , so, in regards to other fans, other areas, other teams, other recruiters, other coaches, other area media, national media etc etc, this is being taken way out of context elsewhere, so I provided a link showing exactly that.

Agreed, and if it were the only place, it would be expected, but unfortunately, as was said above, the bay area is where this will be played out, and its already looking bad there too.
