Is Mo Washington being allowed to train with the team while this investigation proceeds or is he off the team?
Likewise, does anyone think the judge will delay a return to California until the end of the semester>
Alternative is the judge delaying action because he:doesn't think a felony charge can be successfully prosecuted? The only person ever charged in this incident was charged with a misdemeanor and served no time. That is, is the felony charge being promoted to get a plea on a lessor misdemeanor charge (that is illegal btw)?

If you are acting slutty in videos it is difficult to say your character has been damaged isn't it?
That's making a character decision without knowing the facts, isn't it? You have no idea what was said or done to her before the cell phone started recording. She absolutely made a serious error in judgement getting into a car with 2 guys. After that, all bets are off because none of us were there.
Has ANYONE posting here watched the video? Does anyone posting here know exactly how "slutty" Taylor was acting?

I don't agree with this statement. I can see why you're making that statement, but it paints 'guys' with a very broad negative stroke. Maybe I'm just super naive but I would hope that getting in a car with two guys doesn't have to be a bad thing. If it's two guys (or people) you don't know very well (and, of course, not at all) then yes, you may want to think twice. Maybe that was what you were getting at.
Yet I'm sure those people would take his talent in a heart beat and say he deserves a second chance and they're glad to help him become a better person.
Probably is unfair to paint all guys with a broad brush; but, way up earlier in the thread I stated that I am not big on trust so no I would not put myself in that position. 99% of the time it is probably safe, I just don't do that. Never left a bar with a gentleman that I met that evening either.
I think it is reasonable to give this time to play out. And I hope UNL and the AD and HCSF is looking into this internally. I would assume they can get questions answered from Mo that we will not find out. If this was much more innocent than the initial reports, let him play/practice/train. If not, well some form of discipline might be needed. I can give the Dear old Nebraska U time to work this out. But they damn well better make sure they are thinking this through because I guarantee you we will find out at some point these discussions. Media Investigations will follow... It is never the crime it is the cover up...

No, its not probably, anymore that its a mistake to get in that car, one doesnt supersede the other, where both can exist, and should without prejudice.

Because crimes happen in much higher numbers in certain neighborhoods, should we think all those people in those neighborhoods are bad, or, should we then think its the cops fault?
Thats why it has to be a clean slate, even if one group has much higher tendencies to commit a crime.
To me, its just common sense, and either dont go to that neighborhood if you can avoid it, like youve done, or, if you do, keep your eyes open,room to get out, and expect something bad could happen.
Thats all predetermined by choice, to go or not, a decision made, a will played out.
Its just a sucky world, but freedom for women amongst men has always had its boundaries, and once crossed, the womans will is questioned, this is our history, its not good, but it is how its always been.
To assume everyones on board is to deny theres weak or bad people in this world.
Today, theyve reached the point where a man can be a woman, if he so chooses, the sadder part, our leaders also act like its ok for any girl to get in any car with any two guys, and theyve led the courts.
The world is what it is, mans and womans hearts can't change, we are who we are, we would all like to think the better of us all the time, but its not who we are, even if our laws distort that reality.

I don't know if this has been posted so I will post a link. Arrest Warrant has been filed and Mo will be allowed to self-surrender. First I have heard it put that way. Anyway the other disturbing thing is the seeming lack of urgency from Lincoln on this. Even if you know this is not Mo's fault... seems you would want to try and get ahead of this.

Going over the judges head in this, by going to the Nebraska AG, laves little direct contact of the facts as theyre currently known imo.
The judge may also not take kindly to these actions, as it seems he has tried to let bygones go away, again, imo
