They have a good passing QB Sanders and receivers that catch the ball when thrown in their general area. Remember the Big 12 does not play defense
To be fair, he seems better than "good".

Silly me, I thought the coaches decision made this loss, says who? If Rhule starts Sims then his words mean nothing and will already be nothing more than empty threats.
Huskers out to open up with HH and run the ball controlling the clock this week. Force Sims to win his job back during practice.
Maybe, neither team had a defenseTo be fair, he seems better than "good".
I watched a good chunk of the game - CU is not that good in the trenches - but man they have some skill guys that can fly and a darn good QB - he dropped multiple dimes on long passes. If you get heat on him that can be disrupted - but we know our D struggled a bit on the pass rush. We'll keep them one dimensional by taking away the run game but Jeepers they threw for 500+ on TCU - so pick your poison (good chunk on simple screen passes).
CU will score some points - the question is can Nebraska's offense. CU can be run on - so we need to do that and keep the ball away from CU as much as we can (play small ball). TCU's special teams outplayed CU as well.
That Hunter kid is a FREAK - played both ways at corner and WR and dominated both - dude is NFL ready right now. Hunter was the #1 recruit that went to JSU and Saban had an absolute melt down about NIL money over - he knew the kid was a stud.
That's a good summary. They'll score; can we avoid getting deflated in front of a hostile crowd, and keep up sufficiently to make it a game/have a chance to win?
Colorado gave up 541 yrds, 262 rushing yrds. I like our chances.
Ball control, run the rockI don't see Nebraska being able to generate enough offense to win a scoring match.
If we're in a track meet, it will not be a good day.
Is Nebraska able to have some big gain running plays if needed?
Nebraska is going to need drives, and obviously few penalties and fewer or no turnovers
Ball control, run the rock
Yes they will, not all the time, Scum will get points, how many is anyones guess. Like I have posted, Sanders looked like he picked apart a terrible TCU secondary so we wait. Minnesota has a good O line not sure about scum on that score either. Sims cant throw picks like he threw in the 4th qtr with the game on the line and we cant fumble the ball either.I agree.
Will the defense get 3 and out when needed?
Sounds like a big ask.Yes they will, not all the time, Scum will get points, how many is anyones guess. Like I have posted, Sanders looked like he picked apart a terrible TCU secondary so we wait. Only hope.Ball control, run the rock

The Blackshirts gave up 13 points in a tough conference game on the road. Minnesota had 196 yards passing on 44 attempts, and 55 yards rushing. What kind of defensive numbers from the Huskers do you need to see before they are "world beaters?"And we have no offense and our defense isn’t a world beater.
Saturday aint far away and we will have our answer.I get it. Consensus = Big 12 plays soft D and in that game, any hint of a defense might have chg'd everything.
I did not record it. I did not watch closely as it was on. And I left the house to run errands, midway through.
But it seemed like it was a high-speed bunch on both sides. Very high speed. That was my large takeaway.
I didn't think I was watching a bunch wussies play defense.
Maybe a super hard-hitting BIG D will be the difference.
