Hope he is not the second coming of Jacob Hood….

Except for Mac Markway. I am suddenly very attached to Mac Markway.

Harder for any true freshman to see the field in an era when teams are trying to get older. Kids are getting developed at one school and transferring to actually play somewhere else. I get it. But there’s something about Nebraska kids playing at Nebraska that I will miss if they keep...

I do not like the exodus of all these home-grown WRs - I count 4 in the portal so far. Hope it doesn’t negatively impact recruiting in and around Omaha in the future.

Wrong Jackson thread!

Senior Gramstad Sophomore Raiola Redshirt Freshman Davila True Freshman Lateef 2026 commit Raiola. Very young room with loads of talent. Have to imagine it will change during next year’s transfer portal window but I love it for now.

I am probably a cynic but my guess his agent told him he can get more NIL $ elsewhere. Otherwise, it just doesn’t make sense to me that a player with a defined role and ample opportunity walks away. But what the heck do I know?

Guessing Eric Chinander will leave Boise State to be DC for UCF - and I hope he waits until Boise loses in the playoff. And for the record, I hope no one misunderstood my comments about bringing in Bo to be secondary coach. I thought the level of my sarcasm drippage could not be misunderstood...

Has Gramstad decided to come back? I haven’t seen anything from him stating he will be back. Don’t know if he’d be the optimal QB2 but it wouldn’t hurt to have him as part of the 105…

Great suggestion. Let’s bring Bo back to coach the secondary. What could possibly go wrong? I mean, he left on such excellent terms.

Zero Satterfields on the coaching staff.

Still giving Brix the benefit of the doubt - not many true freshman offensive linemen play meaningful snaps. In fact, hard for any freshman to climb over all the older guys ahead of them on the depth chart. Rhule wants to develop. And we will just never know the impact of Fidone’s knee injuries.

This thread has a tastier buffet than the Bellagio.

Gosh I hope not. I get it, but gosh I hope not.

If you are referencing Dakota Johnson, that comment is inappropriate.

Hall was a big Tennessee lean before he signed with DONU….

Surprised they are bringing in defensive position coaches before hiring a DC. I know they like Simpson as a recruiter in the Miami area, but unless it will be Butler as DC and he signed off, it seems odd.

the FSU moment that will always traumatize me is Terrence Knox’ fumble as we were about to put the Seminoles away.

Is it possible he is angling for a better NIL deal to come back? I just can’t understand why he’d think there is a better opportunity than what he has in Lincoln. Hope Dowdell stays put.

Is it okay to say my heart was in my throat when we somehow allowed them to throw a long bomb when we all we had to do was keep everything in front of us? I am so happy for that team (and us). Get Holgerson some NIL $. Keep Emmitt Johnson and Jacoby Barney from the transfer portal. Get...
