LOL, you crack me up. God forbid and we lose and y'all will be trying to kick me out of chat. Matter of fact, I came in at half time Ohio or Bowling Green (forget which) and our third quarter was dismal. I believe that you, my friend, told me I had to leave. I declined your offer and we still won the damn game. LOL, no insult ever taken. I thought it funny as hell and just ignored you.

What a crazy season--and this is just Week 5. I think Northwestern had something like 39 yards rushing against Indiana and then trashed Penn State's defense for over 400 yards rushing in a 34 to 13 blowout win for the underdog.

I pray this kind of craziness doesn't hit Lincoln tomorrow.
 
Penn State was full of off the field distractions. It may be a long way back for them.
 
This past week, Maryland Coach, Mike Locksley told reporters and repeated on his weekly radio show that Memorial Stadium is a “great venue” but “not one of those intimidating ones that gets super loud”
He added that Maryland should “be really good with being able to control some of the crowd noise."

These real-life, honest-to-goodness quotes from Maryland's HC need to be spread throughout Memorial Stadium today.

Note to Husker fans attending today's game: Your manhood has been questioned!!! :mad: (oops, womanhood too.)

Dude is an absolute asshat if he doesn't think that fans have a huge part to play on game day Saturday. What a tool!

It was such a bizarre thing for an opposing coach to say that I had to triple-check to make sure in this AI-age that it was real.

To me, its like Nebraska playing at Texas A&M, LSU, or Penn State on the road and Coach Rhule saying BEFORE the game that "Oh, it's not that intimidating of place."

Who in their right mind does that??? :huh:

I haven't seen much about this from Husker media. This needs to get widely spread throughout the Husker faithful over the next few hours.
 
OK OK...Memorial stadium is not full of battery chuckers, urine cup tosers, follow you to your car with profane insults if you have on opposing gear asshats. I agree with Locksley in that regard. But loud.....dude.....we can get loud. Not to mention we are the smartest fanbase around - all thinking we could coach and officiate the game at the same time. Dude FA and is about to FO.

Saw bits of pieces of the homecoming parade a bit ago, Brought chills to me. Really, really love the alumni band participation. That speaks volumes to me!!!
