EDIT: Martinez' Knee

No. Look at the video and pics for real stuff. It was noted he walked around without any serious issue besides a small limp.

I saw that. Point is, this thread should probably be removed until we hear something official from the athletic department.

Perusing the message boards this morning I found a post from a guy who attended Heroes Night and spoke with Adrian (and posted a picture of himself, his baby, and AM to prove it.) He said he asked Adrian about his knee and he said it was okay.

Unless Frost plays it super-cautious, I say Martinez plays against Troy.

I’m guessing it’s actually a MCL strain. Team doctors probably told AM that was worst case scenario and he told his friend “torn MCL”.

If it were a strain, does that keep him out of this weekends game? Would it be prudent to let it rest this week?

I think even a strain they would play it safe. He's young though and you recover so much faster at that age. I think even the most optimistic view is he doesn't practice, gets treatment and sees how it's feeling closer to the weekend. But again, why chance it. All speculation until we hear something of course.

Gebbia is officially off my Christmas card list. That's the nicest way I can put my feelings about him right now.

I had a clearer picture before i read this thread. Out for the season, out 2-4 weeks, out for the Troy game, playing this week??????

Most likely out for two weeks, possibly four from what little we know.
Very slight chance he plays this weekend.
Give it an hour or so, we may or may not know mre then heheh

MCL strain makes sense based on that video. Sit him out this week and test the knee next week.
