In addition to Nick Gates (who was battling Cam Jurgens for a roster spot), Quinton Newsome, and Jack Stoll, other Husker cuts: DiCaprio Bootle, Stanley Morgan, Samori Toure, Omar Brown, Isaiah Stalbird (via South Dakota State), and Carlos Davis.

Maybe a little Homer in my thoughts , but with the history of those 2 wouldn’t you want to keep a third ?
Perhaps if AM clears waivers they'll sign him to the practice squad and keep him available while filling the 53 with needed roster spots.
One more (that I’ve seen) - Cardinals cut Ben Stille.
