I’m sure that’s just an offer to establish a starting point for negotiation. Maybe someone is dumb enough to bite.
Our counter should be along the lines of “go f*ck yourself”.
I like this kind of portal activity. Fill a very specific need, while also bringing someone up from a lower division wanting to play in the big leagues (rather than a lateral move by a mercenary).
I think game-changer may be a bit of hyperbole. But we desperately need quality Tackles. Without at least one quality Tackle, we are up a creek without a paddle. The top tackle in the MAC may be adequate in the B1G. Two transfer Tackles would be better.
I’m guessing Hunchie was man-crushing on Wollschlaeger because he’s been drinking Goldschlager (or possibly a seasonal lager) while listening to a Husker vlogger and playing Frogger.
All this is true...and...I can't wait to see a defensive back get "Wollschlaegered" trying to defend a screen pass with blockers out front.
