The clock is ticking...

They can't sit guys like Alex Davis because it seems like Ferguson has been injured most of the time since last year. Same with Dismuke, if Deontai Williams and Cam Taylor-Britt were both available, you'd presumably see less of him. They bench one of the Davis twins as much as probably realistic but Ben Stille can't play every down :Iono3: Depth will have to be built.
 
Speaking of clocks ticking, remember to turn your clocks back tonight. Just like the players wish they could have done today.
 
I see a lot of Frost recruits laying down. Getting rid of all the upper clansmen won't miraculously fix the problems if that is what you are hoping for. The culture of quit is so ingrained in this program I'm starting to believe it is what is taught.
 
Maybe Scott Fraud should stop apologizing and start taking control of what happens with the program. The season is toast, start giving players that buy in playing time for next year, build a better foundation to plug in true freshman and or whatever JC guys he can recruit.

I understand your frustration but seriously things like "Scott FRAUD" are completely unnecessary. That guy has busted his balls for this university.

Frost may have busted his balls but so far he has not produced the goods - regardless of "giving time" if he can't produce a winning team by next season - the clock will be ticking. The Ws are what he is going to be judged by. Right now - he can't produce them. If that continues he is not getting 5 years. He will get an ultimatum - Win or get fired. No way will the boosters of substance stand for loosing football if it happens for 3 seasons.

I think you still give him 5 years, no matter what. But, he really has to show some improvement next year if he wants to keep forward momentum in the program. It will be harder and harder to recruit if he isn't showing any results with all the guys that he recruited. Let's hope it doesn't come to that and next year starts the upward trend.
