Super Official Huskers Duck Hunt Game Week Thread

Oregon might be the most overrated team since Penn St last year. They are really not that good. I think the HUSKERS will win this one by 20. I think the defense stops them and the offense will continue to improve and AC will find more open guys this week. I think we will also be able to run better than we did against Indiana. I dont think Oregon will score more than 17 against us.

Oregon is good on D and has good skill players. Not sold on their offensive line and clearly QB play is a concern. Moore was struggling behind this line the first few games as well.

Sagarin has Oregon still in the Top 10 and an almost 2 TD favorite at home over the Huskers. This will be a tough game.

I hope you are right. Cause currently I don't think Rhule has the stones to win this one.

One of my pet peeves when it comes to Coach Rhule is his willingness in close games to go for it near midfield on fourth down instead of playing field position with a coffin-kick with a punter like Archie (who, btw, had a hell of a day on Saturday).

When asked about it, Coach said his decision was "based on analytics." Okay, I guess that's why those things get studied. But I'm an Old School Football Fan and my opinion (based on years of experience) is that you play FIELD POSITION Football. I'm sure as hell no Kirk Ferentz fan, but that's one thing the two of us agree on.

Given Rhule grew up a B1G fan and played for JoPa, it shocks me that he's so willing to go for it in those situations.
