Saying anything other then terroristic threats is not a crime and if he witnessed something then get out the cuffs , watch again some Wisky douche points at him and the cop runs ……// same sh1t just happened in Arizona. And that guy ( not on tv ) got the ever loving sh1t kicked outa him , turns out he did nothing
There is no excuse for police to go hands on until they absolutely know they are making the proper arrest
