Shatel says SF is coming home

Honestly I'll be shocked if Frost takes the Florida deal. He's worth$5 to $6 maybe $7 mill. Not $8mill....yet. If Nebraska is truly his dream job, the money won't matter. Come home Scott!

I dont know that anyone is truly worth millions of dollars, however thats how we treats sports figures these days. Plus if he wins the conference championship or (hey lets dream REALLY big) the national championship next year or the year after maybe he was worth 8 mil?

It seems like the consensus, here and elsewhere, is that he’s likely coming home. That may be the one thing that can unite the fan base and create pretty universal excitement about the direction of the program.

Agreed. The last 3 coaches we had really had no ties to Husker Football from the past, so they didn't truly understand who were and what we were about. Hence most of Husker Nation was split on the hiring of the past 3 coaches. I would say now if Frost is hired that it's almost unanimous approval of him by Husker Nation. He's a former Husker winning National Title QB that played at the end of our glory days. So he understands the effort it takes to win again like that. Watching Wisconsin this year was like watching a carbon copy of the Husker football teams in the mid 90s. a Copy so much so that they even have the same colors as we do.

The guys at 1620 were saying that the camera crew at his parents house was made up.

I hope that's passed onto Frost. I would bet his parents would've let him know this if it was true. Even before the media would.
