Oregon vs. Nebraska - B1G Tournament

[HuskersNC949597]

Struck out the side, but too late. Every single run may as well be a dozen. Bottom of the 5th, 3-0 Oregon.

[HuskersNC949597]

Jesske walks.

[HuskersNC949597]

Still not a single hit. FFS, do something, Overbeek.

[HuskersNC949597]

Overbeek grounds out to second, Jesske does manage to advance, 1 down.

[HuskersNC949597]

OMG A HIT. Buck singles to center. Of course they don't score the run.

[HuskersNC949597]

Stokes bunts it right to the first baseman in the air. Good. Freaking. God. 2 outs.

[HuskersNC949597]

Moyer grounds out to 1B unassisted, inning over. From a prime scoring opportunity to pants full of sh**. Top of the 6th, 3-0 Oregon.

[HuskersNC949597]

Katskee in. Not a bad start by Blachowicz at all, but the offense decided to drool all over themselves.

[HuskersNC949597]

Fly out to Moyer, 1 down.

[HuskersNC949597]

Grounder to Overbeek, 2 outs.

[HuskersNC949597]

Base hit to left.

[HuskersNC949597]

K, inning over. Bottom of the 6th, 3-0 Ducks.

[HuskersNC949597]

Worthley punches one down the line to right, sneaks past the 1B, and Jeter trucks in to second.

[HuskersNC949597]

Who didn't see that coming? Carey lines out to short, easy double play. 2 outs.

[HuskersNC949597]

Sanderson stares at strike 3, inning over. Top of the 7th, 3-0 Oregon.

[HuskersNC949597]

K, 1 out.

[HuskersNC949597]

Looking ahead after this pathetic, cowardly performance finally ends in an inevitable loss, you're probably still looking at a home regional. Start Katskee on Friday. Yeah, I said it. He's a mid-major level pitcher, throw him against a low mid-major 4 seed.

[HuskersNC949597]

HBP.

[SUHnami]

Any offense would help

Offense or offense. Lol

[HuskersNC949597]

Grounder to Carey, they get the out at second, but the throw is wild 2 outs, runner at first.

EDIT: thought Handley said the batter advanced. Nah, just safe at first.
