Well, when talking about TO, toughness, and accountability, I always think of an anecdote relayed to me by a high school football coach many years ago. He, and a few other high school coaches, were allowed to set in on a coaches meeting. TO said that it was an important period coming up and all coaches would be required to attended every meeting.....especially the first one. One assistant coach (I won't mention his name) stood up and said he had something up on the day scheduled for the first meeting, and wouldn't be able to attend. TO looked the coach in the eye and repeated.......Every coach will attend these meetings. Are there any other questions?
