Offense

And now, our in-state tight end (Jurgens) is considering other options because we fired Riley. I guess he is another one who doesn't want to play mainly for the "N". He is raving about how much he loved LSU, and how he can really see himself being a part of the LSU program. We have got to get to the point where we generate enough excitement and results to lock up the best in-state talent! Hopefully he is another one who is patient and looks at the possibilities in the Frost Offense

WE have key players that will fit a Frost offense. However, they have shown they do not hold up in the B1G, time will tell. No doubt he will bring his version of the Kelly offense to Nebraska if he comes here. The only position in that offense that would give me trouble and that is the QB. Gebbia may fit, POB is a stretch and Lee is out. Our line play has been abysmal but IM not sure that is the personnel on the field but rather on the side lines. I have no doubt Frostee will improve our offensive numbers just looking at UCF stats for the year.

To be honest, I don't care how many Nebraska players are on the roster as long as we have guys that want to play in the Devaney and Osborne traditions.

Thinking about previous coaches, a mistake they made was trying to use a QB that is a square peg.

Where ever Frost needs to clear the deck he should do. Take the lumps in the first year rather than continually take beatings for successive seasons installing a system.

Get it going out of the chute.

Aren't you just so sure of yourself these days? :orange: Making definitive predictions about our new HC, and now about recruits. Did you get a new crystal ball from ebay? Or, I bet it's Charlie's 8-ball isn't it? :biggrin-new:

I'll be honest...I really don't care what offense is run at Nebraska as long as we can move the ball and win a bunch of games and play for and win Conference and National titles.
