One note on James Franklin's signing with Virginia Tech.
This is a HUGE homerun hire for the Hokies. After the Frank Beamer era, the Hokies have been irrelevant. But Franklin will change all that. Consider this: after Beamer retired, James Madison replace Virginia Tech as the Commonwealth's football power. Cignetti has got to be thanking his lucky stars he left for Indiana when he did.
Not only will Tech put JMU back in its place, they'll give Penn State a run for their money on the recruiting front.
