Yeah, this sucks. Their entire family will be affected by this. It is a private family matter and none of my damn business but I do wonder if this is the first incident (frustration over the job) or a long term pattern that none were aware of. Either way, a damn shame and I hope everyone in their family gets help dealing with this.

Well, you would think that we would want the facts to come out first but since HCMRh is trying to organize a staff, that is probably going to pre-empt waiting for an investigation. Just my opinion.
