Former Husker Running Back John O'Leary passed away Sept 6th. He was 72. There's a link but my computer and I cannot agree as far as the proper procedures for copying and pasting linkies.

John O'Leary story -
As I recall, it was against Kansas, but John did a somersault as he scored a touchdown.
The following Monday, Coach Corrigan made him do somersaults the length of the field.
For some reason, that was the last Nebraska "somersault" touchdown while Mike was the RB coach.
Why can I remember that, but not where I put my car keys yesterday?

Thanks for the obit link! He just didn't ring a bell and I completely understand why. 2 years older than I am and so that puts his Husker days my last years in HS and then my time in the Army and my OSU fan ex-husband wouldn't hear of watching even the OU-NU game so I was pretty much in a Husker vacuum then. Sounds like just a fabulous person. We could use a few more like him today!
