Indiana blowout impact?

Well right after the game we flipped a 4* OT, I think some players see opportunity. I don't think one ugly game (or two with OSU) will kill our recruiting momentum but if we finish the second half of the season only beating UCLA and barely making a bowl game you may see some guys go with another option. Also not sure if any recruits are super close with Satt where that would be an issue if his employment status were to change.

If we retain Satt after this year we will lose recruits. I hope Rhule fires him. Sooner rather than later.

One game doesn't matter. Missing a bowl game (which I feel is the most likely way we end the season) will cause some re-thinks from people we are recruiting. Getting to a bowl game should be enough to keep recruiting intact - especially with our NIL pool.

Agreed. Last year we started 5-3 after going 0-2 to start the year needing only to win 1 more game to be bowl eligible against a relatively weak schedule and we peed down our pants. This year we started 5-1 only to need to win one of our remaining 6 games and we lost embarrassingly to Indiana last week and only a miracle gets us a win over the Buckeyes this week. Most likely 5-3 after this weekend with 4 games left to play and instead of 4 vey winnable games we have 1. Hopefully we can win 1 of our final 6 games because if we don't as you said going 5-7 on a 6 game losing streak is probably going to have recruits rethinking not going to Nebraska.

I’m baaaack. What did you see against UCLA that would flip or draw a recruit? Not the play calling. Not the effort (at least in the first half).
