He was the most persuasive, articulate member on the board. On the rare occasion I disagreed with him and posted an opposing viewpoint his rebuttal would always have me sheepishly thinking to myself something like "Yeah, but still."

I hope he doesn't get a swole head but DrF has a similar writing style IMO.

It was funny how a pseudo intellectual would make xyz argument and Solly would rip it down so effectively they couldn't hardly respond anymore. Solly was awesome!

Happy Heavenly Birthday. Solly was the best. And controlled the board like no other. He wasnt afraid to ban people who wouldn't or couldn't follow the rules either.

Mark and I had many PMs back and forth where we discussed everything from X's and O's, to life, relationships, politics, and other things. You are definitely missed, old friend.

He was sure a good guy. Hard to believe it's been more than 5 years since he passed. I find myself wondering from time to time what he would think of something that was happening with Husker football.
