Biggest goal this off-season is to fix the fricken offense. can't win without offensive scoring

that is what it all comes down to these days. Defense is getting better and younger guys are showing to be more talented then the other guys leaving....going back to last senior class and this senior class when you compare then when theyw ere freshman and sophs to the current frosh and sophs.

Fix the fricken offense so we can win games. Gotta get deeper for talent in special teams.

I am a fraid the Peter Principal is in play here. UCF could not exist in the big 10 and while Frost was seasoned enough for that conference he is totally outclassed in the Big 10. If Frost is an OC he may or might do a fine job but trying to balance the entire team while calling plays is not in his wheelhouse. He called the same useless play to open the game that was called against Illinois and dang near had the same results. He pulled the same clock screw up that he did against Purdue last week that cost us 3 pts. Frost either gets some help or he has to go. If Moos cant see it, maybe we can get a break with a double move from Mayflower which is not one of our WR s.

Frost is starting a Junior QB who can't see the field and can't hit a receiver downfield if open. The issues we are seeing go way beyond youth. The team isn't playing up to the talent level. The processes he has been using to develop discipline, culture, and get a team game ready simply are not working. The strategic facet of our Offense sucks azz. Frost isn't going anywhere, so the firing talk is useless, but I hope to hell he figures some of this sh!t out in year 4, even though I don't have any confidence in him or his staff at this point.

Frost can't or won't adjust his offense to the players he has. He doesn't appear to want to modify his offense to make use of what he has. He could easily go under center some, run an I formation now and again, utilize jet sweeps, counters, etc. He sends backup QBs in to chuck it down the field 3 straight plays or runs QB keeps straight into the teeth of the defense. Oregon speed/spread with Husker Power is what he sold. He refuses to run any power. I really thought the biggest issue would be running a 3-4 defense. I still believe we should be running a 4-3 but the defense has held its own this year. I believe Frost still thinks the Big 10 will adjust to him. His stubbornness seems to have gotten in the way of things and I believe has clouded his judgement.
