Frost played for a better coach and offensive coordinator. Just defending Crouch a little

#13 Carlos Polk?

[Blackshirt96]

Frost was good, but Crouch was more electric and could also run a guy over. Crouch could turn a loss into a TD. He takes a lot of slack for his NFL career or lack there of.

[Blackshirt96]

#15 - Tommie Frazier - Best College QB Ever.

Frost was a team first player, can't say the same for Crouch.

[Doc Fumble]

#15 - Tommie Frazier - Best College QB Ever.

My understanding is that The Best College QB Ever will be starting his sophomore season as the Huskers' QB next fall.

Well, my track record the past 18 years hasn't been stellar, but I did say that I thought 2AM was incredibly mature for his age and if any QB had an opportunity to have a breakout freshman year, my money was on him.

With Martinez at the helm, I do believe our days outside the Top 25 wilderness are numbered. The Promised Land is now in sight.

[Blackshirt96]

AM will need to make up a little ground as Frazier was the Big 8 Fr of the year.

Personally, I don't see any ground that AM has to make up to be in Frazier's league. Adrian can control his own stats, but not award voting that tends to be overly influenced by his team's W/L record.

Here's a side-by-side comparison of Adrian's and Tommie's freshman stats:

TD passes
Frazier - 12
Martinez - 17

Passing Yards:
Frazier - 873
Martinez - 2,617

Rushing Yards:
Frazier - 400
Martinez - 629

Rushing TDs:
Frazier - 7
Martinez - 8
