Figured we could start a thread to track the rollercoaster ride that is bowl projections throughout the season. After week 1 both of these would be good storylines, either playing against Frost or renewing the rivalry with OU.

I'm sure there were camp interviews I could've listened to but Saturday was the first time I listened to Jamal Rule speak. Leave it to Hunch, "Wholesome" is a fantastic word to describe him.

I was super impressed by his performance, both on and off the field.

After we've eaten the cupcakes from the next two games, then we'll see what this team is really made of; we'll see if in fact this truly is Rhule's best roster and how that roster does in conference play.

My Hope: Rhule's "best roster" proves it is one of the best in the B1G.

My Fear: Rhule's "best roster" is no better than 6-6.

We had some dropped balls and made some bad mistakes (yes, YOU Archie) that contributed to the loss but anybody who wants to claim the team 'choked' down the stretch didn't watch the same game I did.

I'd love revisiting another last minute defeat at the hands of Oklahoma. That would really solidify my feelings of this year.
