Dowdell is an upgrade from Ervin and I believe we land him. All the TE’s that Frostz recruited were disappointments. A couple quick and a couple moved to DE this past year. Fidone was not much at blocking. Rhule will want to establish a ground game to take the heat off DR and make play action...

Dylan is not coming to Lincoln without assurances that he will be well coached. Satterfield needs less on his plate and we need better TE coaching. Hire a new QB coach once the NFL season is done and move Satterfield to TE’s and the current TE coach back to offensive analyst.

He did recruit 4 TE’s if you include Keenan Smith (I do)

How is this prediction holding up? Yeah, exactly, not so much. We had a plan and Raiola screwed up a good plan.

Purdy will also leave Lincoln. Who wants to backup a true freshman? Raiola and several walkons will be the QB room.

Pola Gates is a dad? I know Frost, Chinander and Fischer did not have the time to babysit, so what gives?

He is carrying a lot of fat, but he can really move across the line for a block. Imagine him losing 20 lbs of fat and gaining 10lbs of muscle:yay:. I would like to see him at OG, but we need big guys on the DL. He may be backing Hutmacher this year.

Even if these players have 2-3 years of eligibility left, we should expect no loyalty from them. Buschini and Omar Brown were both identified by teammates as someone who earned respect and would be welcome to date their sister in a poll taken a few weeks ago. Yes Buschini is married, but it was...

I thought he liked competition?

Seven enter portal. Six more to go. 2 LB's, 2 DB's and 2 we don't want to lose. Just cannot believe we are down to 3 big bodies on the DL. Juedy does not look like a D-Lineman, looks to weight 260.

IF we GET him, he would be the best H.S. RB to sign with NU since DeAngelo Evans at this stage of his career. And he showed more interest than a lot of the visitors that big weekend. I think we reel this guy in and land him in a June visit.

Walkon who shows a vastly underthrown pass on the first clip. He seems to put everything he has into every pass. A weak arm in the Big 10 is an interception waiting to happen. Wh did he pick NU, with 6 guys in front of him?

With all the loses, I just refused to rewatch games looking at O-Line play the way I used to. But what I did see was that Benhart was an easy mark for stunts. Instead of a chip block on the guy in front of him and moving to the guy coming around to the outside, he just looked confused and...

So true! I never thought I would make it thru 6 losing seasons, but here I am again.

We are not "BACK" Too many transfers did not play much last year. Ben Scott will start at RT or OC, and Sims will likely start multiple games for the Huskers. Other than that, there is a lot of guys with physical ability and potential. And Rhule starts with a solid foundation and not the coach...

I believe we have 7 "seniors" who have received another year because of 2020 COVID. Some say these 7 will not count towards the 85 Limit. IF so that means we need to weed out 9 and not 16. That is a big difference.

Very raw. Just started playing football. Basketball is his best game right now. 40" Vertical!

The transfer from Georgia is another tall big guy with questionable mobility. He won't beat out any returning starters. But he will be ahead of the incoming frosh and be part of the 2 deep

Here is my best guess. Every position is an upgrade as a result of Scott taking over for Hixson and returning players. Remember Prochazka and Nouilli are added, and others are a year older. LT - Prochazka, Corcoran LG - Corcoran, Lutovsky OC - Scott, Piper, Evans-Jenkins RG - Nouili, Piper...

Zavier Betts and Isiah C-G are coming back. Under what circumstances regarding scholarships is yet to be known by fans and media. With them we have 14 scholarship WR's with offers out to two more high school guys and a couple of transfers. I don't get it with all the talk about establishing the...
