I'm pretty sure most folks with an ounce of football acumen said this 4 years ago. He was only as good as he was because he had his son's and Travis Hunter. I know I said to many I know once his boys were gone, we'd see the real Coach Sanders flame out. He's showing his true coaching acumen now.

Neon is not going to quit - he wants the buyout paid so can cash out of Colorado. He'll go back to doing TV - I doubt he has any desire to try coaching at the NFL level - especially given there are maybe 2 owners willing to even consider bringing him in as an assistant (one of those being Jerry Jones).
