What to do at QB?

And as time passes, I'm dealing with this wart-filled, five-win season for Year One of the Rhule era. Upon reflection, this injury-riddled season (the worst I can ever remember) could have easily been a worst W/L record than last year----particularly given our mind-numbing number of turnovers. This is not about making excuses, it's simply putting the season record into some perspective given the way it ended.

Having Tony White and our D coaches -- and most of the Blackshirts -- returning next season is HUUUUGE. We are well-positioned to take a big step forward in 2024.

So I hear. I haven’t heard whether we are in on any good qb coaches. I wish Peetz were still available, but beating 1.3 mil is a steep hill for a position coach.

Any legs to Lincoln Kienholz entering the portal - I think his name was tossed around earlier this week but he has not officially entered the portal. He'd be a development project with 4 years to play.

Exactly but my understanding from what I'm being told is Rhule is looking into changing some roles of coaches on thr offense. What does that mean? Don't know. Not sure if that means one or 2 will be asked to look for employment elsewhere, or if someone currently on the staff is a better choice to catch QBs? Not really sure.

I've heard he will but at the moment I haven't heard any mention about NUs staff considering him. Right now we are looking at both Wills, Dante Moore from UCLA an Cam from Wazoo.
 
Well this is much sooner than I figured the world would fall apart with free agency but it sure looks like it. NIL and free agency is going to be the death of college sports I want to thank SCOTUS for the up,yore butt decision they made against colleges and universities.

Could be - Gabriel entering the portal is an indication some BIG NIL deals are being tossed out - McCord entered because he took a big share of the blame for loosing to Michigan - but he'll make out fine on the NIL side.

I think Gabriel is going to follow his OC who got a HC gig.
