    My condolences to Nebraska fans,

I must be fatter than I thought. After the Maryland game I decided to jump on the Husker bandwagon. As soon as I do, the wheels fall off.

Are the Stars Aligning for the Cornuskers?

This is my Kool-Aid game. I have been off the Huskers Kool-Aid for a couple of years. I’ve been a fan, but had lowered expectations. If the Huskers can win today I might just have a couple of sips.

Super Official Nebraska vs Maryland Game Week Thread

I have a bad feeling about this game. NU is feeling very good about itself, and MU is in desperate need to play well. Husker nation is looking past the turtles, and they are still not good enough to do that. I hope this is not the 2026 version of the Minnesota game.

    Happy Bo Pelini Day

I celebrated Bo day by yelling at my wife and getting kicked out of the house.

2026 Season Previews, Predictions & Watch Lists

Ok Dog I bite on this one. They list 37 players at OL and 13 more at OT. And they did not list Justin Evens as one of those players. The guy was named second team preseason All American. (Is he not draft eligible?) Come on Man!

    RB Tikey Hayes GONE!

Hayes was a 4* freshman at Penn State. He decided to leave after the season, which could be for a number of reasons. He ended up at Iowas Western. That would tell me he ran into some eligibility issues. I’m guessing since he came to IWCC that NU may have said you have a place if you can...

    Dayton Raiola

I kind of feel bad for Dayton. He could be a good DII QB. Instead he is going to be as tackling dummy for Oregon. Hope he can get a degree out of it.

Is Berymon really in? Looks like NU is the favorite, but no commitment yet.

McGahee IV Plans To Return to Huskers in 2026

This is great news to me. I felt he had a great upside. I was very surprised that he redshirted this year after having a good freshman year.

    Speculation on Dylan’s Future

DR will be alright in the SEC. Based on bowl season the last couple of years you can see the SEC defenses are over hyped by ESPN.

    Speculation on Dylan’s Future

This is a good quote that could pertain to DR. Indiana’s Curt Cignetti said of Mendoza. “A guy that cannot extend plays, you really become vulnerable.”

    Speculation on Dylan’s Future

99, I was under the impression that Moore was draft eligible, and would probably go pro. I found this from Google AI: Dante Moore is widely expected to declare for the 2026 NFL Draft and is projected as a top quarterback prospect, potentially a first-round pick, but he has not officially...

    Speculation on Dylan’s Future

My uninformed view is that DR is heading to Oregon. Their QB has not declared for the draft, but it is assumed he will leave.
