Yep, Colandrea absolutely blows!!!!!!! he ain’t worth a crap. And we’re stuck with this turd for next season too???????
Opposing coaches actually laugh in post game press conferences. It's like they KNOW the Huskers will find a way to implode. Fisch couldn't help but just laugh at the end of this one.
Was texting with my Nebraska family at the end of the 3rd that it felt like we were going to give up a late TD and lose 10-7. I was wrong AC threw a pick six to give them a larger margin of victory. When Washington went with the change at QB you knew it was not going to end well for us. Had a glimmer of hope we were going to break the curse when we had them on 4th & 18 but alas when they got that you knew we were done for.

That being said I don't think we need to clean house. Something has to be done about the offense. Defense plays at a playoff caliber and the offense spins it wheels when it should be building a multi possession lead but instead we find ourselves in the same situation in the 4th quarter. We have too many weapons on offense to be this inept. Dana should have been a homerun hire but he has been a letdown. He is supposed to be a mastermind yet we cannot produce points. The fanbase is pissed and rightfully so. It is not going to be a fun week in Lincoln. Will see how this pressure affects the coaches and players. BTN just said it is 43 one score losses for Nebraska which is the most amongst FBS programs.
Agree I am tired of these letdowns. USC last year and then we have this fiasco tonight. The fans show up and give the team the edge and the team cannot capitalize.

It's pretty simple. Run the ball. Setup high percentage pass plays. Just move the chains. Colandrea isn't the problem, Holgersen is not giving him the opportunity to succeed with his play calling.

4th and 18 and they convert. It's shocking we let that happen, but that isn't even the biggest problem. We never should have been in that position in the first place. It's so jacked up.
I knew that the open week was terrible for us. Rhule sucks because he cannot manage his OC's. There is a reason nobody wants or wanted Satterfield, and there's a reason Holgersen isn't a Head Coach right now.
All I know is you give up two touchdowns in the last minute and a half... sounds crazy, but it isn't the defense's fault. Same with the Oregon game. The offense calls don't give the offense the chance to succeed. Colandrea isn't to blame. He really isn't. It's the OC.

I finally believe it. We will not win another game. If you can't control the stupid play calling by your OC after weeks of nonsense, you will not make the change now.
