I watched a lot of college football this weekend. The Big 12 has some really bad football teams

West Virginia -Close 2nd.
K State lost to Army
Central Florida beat a bunch of Wichita Lineman at North Carolina AT&T.
The MAC may be a better conference top to bottom (bottom being Akron).

Florida losing at home to USF was pretty embarrassing for the SEC. I'm sure they will play better as the season goes (unless they go full FSU 2024) - and USF has good players....but you gotta win those games.
Speaking of FSU......their improvement this season just goes to show you how important QB play is. Castellanos is a good, mobile QB - with experience. He lifts the entire offense with his play. DJ Uiagalelei never seemed to be able to bring what he showed in practice at Clemson and FSU to the field. Bad decisions - inaccurate throws and not really having command of the offense is a recipe for a very average or bad offense.

And there were a lot of national pundits that were dissing Dylan and praising the Gator's DJ Lagway as the next "IT" quarterback. Lagway's stats were nothing to write home about (23/33 w/ 1 TD) and he threw a critical interception down the home stretch.
Seems like there was talk when he was a recruit that with a different last name he would have been a three star
I just saw that Dabo Sweeney resigned effective immediately. He said something like he didn't want this team's horsesh*t performances to destroy his legacy.
What a selfish A-hole!!! His job is to recruit and develop his team. If they're sucking, isn't it is job to 'coach 'em up'? I thought Bo's exit was classless, but at least he still had his players' backs. Dabo threw his players under the bus in a lame attempt to save face.
